Returns & Refunds

All orders to can be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Items must be returned in the original condition, items must be complete, and containers must be unopened. If a part order is returned, the litre price of the remaining goods will be adjusted accordingly if applicable.

 

Mainland GB.

All orders to Mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) can be returned free of charge. To return an item:

TO RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS: If for any reason, you wish to return an unwanted item: EMAIL US (within 14 days of delivery) stating your order number, the goods that you wish to return, and state ‘unwanted return item’. We will arrange for the goods to be collected, and notify you of this by return email.

YOUR REFUND: Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will process the return. If you ordered on account, we will raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you - this will be done within 14 days. If you paid by card, you will receive a refund to the card that the purchase was made with - this will be done within 7 days.

TO REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS: In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item: EMAIL US (within 14 days of delivery) stating your order number, the goods that need to be replaced, and state ‘replace damaged item’. We will arrange for the goods to be collected, and replaced free of charge. We will notify you of this by return email.

 

All Other Destinations.

To return an order from destinations outside Mainland Great Britain (destinations other than England, Scotland and Wales):

TO RETURN UNWANTED ITEMS: If for any reason, you wish to return an unwanted item: EMAIL US (within 14 days of delivery) stating your order number, the goods that you wish to return, and state ‘unwanted return item’. Also state if you will be sending the goods back yourself, or if you wish us to collect them. Items must be returned to us at your cost. If you are sending the goods back yourself, we request that you send your item(s) back by registered/recorded delivery. The goods are the customers’ responsibility until they are received back to us. We are unable to take responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Alternatively, we can arrange for the goods to be collected, but there will be a delivery charge – this will be quoted by us, and accepted by you, prior to the goods being collected.

YOUR REFUND: Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will process the return. We will refund the price of the returned goods (we will not refund the initial delivery charge). If we have arranged collection for the return, you will also be charged for this (this will be deducted from your refund). If you ordered on account, we will raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you - this will be done within 14 days. If you paid by card, you will receive the appropriate refund to the card that the purchase was made with - this will be done within 14 days.
