Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All goods must be complete
- Containers must be unopened
If part of an order is returned, the unit price of the remaining goods may be adjusted where applicable.
Mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales)
Free Returns
Returns from Mainland GB are free of charge.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item:
1. Email us within 14 days of delivery
2. Include:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The subject: “Unwanted return item”
We will arrange collection of the goods and confirm details by email.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods:
- Account customers: A credit will be issued within 14 days
- Card payments: Refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Email us within 14 days
- Include your order number and affected items
- Use the subject: “Replace damaged item”
- We will arrange collection and replacement free of charge.
All Other Destinations
(Outside England, Scotland & Wales)
Returning Unwanted Items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Items to be returned
- Confirmation of whether:
- You will return the goods yourself, or
- You would like us to arrange collection
Important:
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using recorded delivery, as goods remain your responsibility until received by us
- If we arrange collection, a charge will apply (quoted and agreed in advance)
Refunds
Once goods are received:
- We will refund the cost of the returned items
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
If we arranged collection, this cost will be deducted from your refund
Refund times:
- Account customers: Credit issued within 14 days
- Card payments: Refund processed within 14 days
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged goods:
- Contact us within 14 days
- We will arrange collection and replacement free of charge
