When used in accordance with the Method of Use on the product label, and within its two-year shelf life, URIC XTREME® is guaranteed to clear a blocked urinal.
If you are not completely satisfied with its performance, we will provide either:
- a full financial refund
- or a product replacement, if preferred.
The guarantee also applies to retailers and distributors — if you sell URIC XTREME® on, your customers are fully covered by the same guarantee.
How to Activate Your Guarantee
If URIC XTREME® has not performed to your satisfaction:
- Email us with the subject: URIC XTREME Guarantee.
- Include:
- your order number (if you have one)
- your company and/or contact name
- your telephone number
- A member of our team will contact you to discuss the issue.
Provided the product was used according to the label instructions and is within its two-year shelf life, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
